So I have a plan for this year: Make one thing each week. And I'm putting it up here so there's a chance someone might hold me accountable to it 😉 #onethingaweek

Still working on the definitions of "making" and "thing" for this. E.g. if I hold a workshop, that counts. If I make a project or a prototype, that counts. If I write a decent piece of documentation of a project, that counts as well #onethingaweek

I'd love for more people to join this. Maybe throw it all on a blog/tumblr/whatever at the end of the week, so we can inspire each other. #onethingaweek

Now we're already in week two of 2018, so here's what I made last week (if you haven't seen it yet). It's some video glitching electronics which I'll dive into more soonish. Little bit of documentation over at wiki.munichmakerlab.de/wiki/Video_Synthesizers #onethingaweek x.com/tiefpunkt/status/948703562086932480

Turns out, @MiwaWayne had pretty much the same idea, and made a video about it last week. It describes the idea really well, so check it out #onethingaweek x.com/MiwaWayne/status/950865747810619397

Oh, one more thing I'd like to add. Repairing, fixing or maintaining a "thing" should also count as "making". It's a critique I've heard a lot about the whole "maker hype", so let's get that fixed right away. #onethingaweek
