    1. Trying to find a way to make some of the stuff I do more rewarding again, like it used to be. And to make more projects work without me having to constantly keep them running or through money at them.

    thinking about this, it's probably a situation a lot of people running open source projects and community initiatives find themselves in. Maybe a good topic for a session at #34c3
