It looks like I could replace them with kid size inline skate wheels. But I need to get them off first. I was thinking about using a 10mm drill bit to take of the rim of the rivet on the inside. Then I should be able to take out the rest of the pin/rivet holding the wheel.

But that's destructive, meaning I have to find something else to hold the new wheel then. Maybe I could use a simple machine screw with a fairly flat head, and a locknut on the outside 🤔
