  1. Does anyone have experience and/or recommendations on a CRM like tool to manage communities like #Meetup groups? I'm a little tired of spreadsheets 😅 #communitymanagement #followerpower

      So I've been looking at this for the evening and trying out a bunch of #foss crm solutions, and I think I've come to understand that I'm not looking for a normal CRM. Most are just too much (no need for invoicing, leads etc), or miss important information, like social media links

        Best contender so far: @MonicaHQ_app. It has most of what I think I need, is adjustable for some of the rest, and it allows me to disable most of the stuff I don't need. It doesn't have any integrations or sync features, which is a bummer, but it's a start #communitymanagement
