After not thinking about too much at all for 3 weeks, it's now a bit in overload. Just getting back from vacation and getting back into the normal flow of things triggered a lot of thinking about what feels good to me and what doesn't

And that gives way to making up a bunch of new years resolutions, among other things. Which is not saying they're not good. I feel like a lot of that stuff makes sense, and I should be thinking about this and even making some of that happen

Like I've noticed how 3+ weeks without much sports or yoga or anything is really not a good idea. And I've noticed that this summer (after ~8 weeks w/o yoga) as well. And now brain's like "yo, next year, you better do one sportsy thing a week". But it's a lot to keep track of.

Sorry, needed to get this out of my head. Which is probably what I should do with a lot of these thoughts and ideas. Maybe not all here though 🤔
