@smiermont Thanks for the clarifications. For 3: Yes there are other suppliers, but still, Europe gets ~40% of its Uranium from Russia and Kazachstan (scinexx.de/news/energie/hohe-abhaengigkeit-auch-beim-kernbrennstoff-uran/). That seems like a pretty big dependency to me.
